LINE POLICY

  • Beginning 1 hour before the scheduled distribution time, names will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Please remain in line in an orderly fashion.
  • Listen for your name to be called once the distribution begins. Walk up clients will be served along side those clients that have scheduled appointments. For appointment information, please see below.

Any disturbance in the line will not be tolerated. Any client involved will be asked to leave and return at a different distribution. Please be kind and considerate of all those waiting in line.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Tuesdays: 11:00 AM—2:00 PM; 5:00 PM—7:00PM

Thursdays: 1:00 PM to 4:00PM

In order to qualify for food, your family must fall within the federal income guidelines according to household size posted below.  Please bring a form of identification showing that you are a resident of Delaware County.  If updated identification is not available, please provide a copy of a utility bill.

Clients can receive food once in a calendar month.

New Shopping Appointment System Now Available!

For Tuesday AM and Thursday Distributions (Tuesday PM Walk-Ups Only)

  • Three (3) appointments will be available each half-hour of the distribution (i.e. 11am, 11:30, 12:00, etc.). Please note: An appointment is not required to receive food.  A limited number of walk-up clients will still be served. Registration for these clients will begin an hour before the distribution on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Appointments will be made available online each Friday evening for the following week and will only be available a week at a time.
  • Appointments must be made by 5:00pm the day before the appointment (i.e. an appointment for Tuesday at 11:30am must be made by Monday, 5:00pm; an appointment for Thursday at 2:00pm must be made by Wednesday at 5:00pm) No same day appointments will be allowed.
  • Please come to the gray pantry doors 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to begin registration.
    Appointments will be cancelled if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled time (i.e. if your appointment is for 2pm, you must be present no later than 2:10pm).
  • You will only receive an email if you are not eligible for an online appointment. Eligible appointments will be marked “APPROVED” in your online account no later than 9pm the night before the appointment.
  • Only appointments for clients who have visited the pantry since July 1, 2024 will be approved.
